REMINDCLIENT

Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 September 2026

The short version

1. About these terms

RemindClient (“the service”) is a web app that helps tutors, coaches and other independent service providers keep a record of their clients, lessons and payments, and draft and send reminders. It is run by ShiftedTech in Singapore (“we”, “us”).

By creating an account, or by carrying on using the service after we update these terms, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use it

3. Your account

Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us straight away.

4. Your clients' information

You decide which clients, students, parents and payers you add. That makes you responsible for their information. In particular:

We hold this information on your behalf, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Reminders and messages

RemindClient can draft a message, send it through our Telegram bot, or open WhatsApp on your own device with the message ready. You read and approve what goes out, and you are responsible for it.

Telegram and WhatsApp are run by other companies under their own terms. We can't control whether a message is delivered or read. RemindClient does not handle money: when a parent taps “I've Paid” or sends a screenshot, that is only a claim, and you decide whether to confirm it.

6. AI features

Message drafts are produced by Google's Gemini. They can be wrong, incomplete or badly worded, and they are not professional advice. Always check a draft before you send it.

To write a draft, we send the selected client's details (name, phone numbers, who pays, lessons, fee, payment status and your notes) and your conversation to Google. Don't put anything sensitive in those fields.

7. What you must not do

8. Plans and payment

You can use RemindClient on a trial or a paid plan. What each plan includes is shown in the app under Settings, then Subscription. Prices and billing terms are the ones we give you when you subscribe, and we'll tell you before they change.

When a trial or paid period ends, your account becomes read-only: you can still see your data but can't change it or send reminders. Unless you subscribe, we may delete the data about 60 days after a trial ends.

9. Availability

We provide the service “as is” and “as available”. We may change it, pause it for maintenance, or occasionally have outages. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

10. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, to the fullest extent the law allows:

11. Ending your account

You can stop using RemindClient at any time. To have your account and data deleted, email us (see below). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or if the law requires it, and we'll give you notice where it's reasonable to.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, the app will ask you to read and accept the new version before you carry on.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
